How to wash silk products?
MOLODO silk can be washed in a machine on a delicate cycle, but to preserve the original appearance of the fabric, we recommend hand washing.
An organic silk detergent is ideal — Silky Way.
Hand wash:
Dissolve the product in cool water (up to 30°C)
Soak the pillowcase for a few minutes
After washing, rinse in cold water with 9% vinegar (5 tablespoons of vinegar per 10 liters of water) — this will help neutralize alkali residues and preserve the shine of the silk.
Avoid hot water (over 30°C) — it damages the silk fibers and makes the fabric soft. Do not wash silk items of different colors together.
